By entering the Omi World, you agree to abide by these Terms. This is a binding protocol between you and the Omi World entity.

2. Account Protocols

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials. Any activity under your identifiers is your responsibility. Provide accurate data or face disconnection.

3. Intellectual Assets

All code, visuals, lore, and assets within Omi World are the exclusive intellectual property of Omi World and its creators. Unauthorized replication is prohibited.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Omi World at any time for violation of these protocols, without prior warning.

5. Liability Limitations

Omi World operates "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or digital fracturing that may occur during your connection.

6. Protocol Updates

These terms may be upgraded. Continued presence in Omi World constitutes acceptance of the latest protocol versions.
